About Laura
Laura began her musical career studying voice at Glassboro State College in New Jersey (now Rowan University). She has been a music educator in the Greenwich Twp. School District for over 20 years, teaching elementary vocal music in grades K-8.
Laura has directed hand bell choirs in both sacred and secular settings and taught piano and harp privately.
Since 2001, Laura has played the Celtic harp in the Irish tradition, learning by ear. She was a member of the Delaware Valley Celtic Harp Orchestra for 5 years under the direction of Kathy DeAngelo. Laura has played throughout the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey area in concerts, festivals, and for private engagements. She currently resides in Pitman, New Jersey.
